Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of users of m4b.space (the "Site") is processed by Individual Entrepreneur Evgeny Krasnopolsky (INN 504042099948, address: Zhukovsky, Klubnaya st. 12, ev. 1, Russia) (the "Operator"), in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

2. Data we process

• name;
• phone number and/or messenger identifier (Telegram);
• email address;
• message content submitted via Site forms;
• anonymised visit data (cookies, Yandex.Metrica: IP, browser type, referral source).

3. Purposes

• contacting you about your request and consulting on M4B services;
• preparing proposals and concluding contracts;
• traffic analysis and Site improvement (anonymised data).

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6, 152-FZ), given by ticking the consent checkbox in the form, and on the performance of a contract.

5. Processing and storage

Data submitted via Site forms is transferred over a secure connection to the Operator's service Telegram chat; it is not stored on the Site itself and no database is maintained. Data is not shared with third parties except as required by Russian law.

6. Your rights

You may request rectification, blocking or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing krpl1208@gmail.com. Requests are handled within 10 business days. The legally binding version of this policy is the Russian text.
